Could the authors please share the uncropped blot for Figure 3E? The image has some unexpected sharp transitions, and if the authors could would be so kind as to share a higher resolution image here, that might take away any concerns.
I apologize if the uncropped version was already shared - I could not find them in the supplementals and extended figures, but happy to stand corrected.

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. I checked our original data. Regarding this WB image, here I provide the uncropped blot (Attachment 1), which can also be found in the Source Data Fig2 associated with the article published in Nature Cell Biology.
In addition, I provide our raw WB film image (Attachment 2), in which you can check the original image (highlighted in a red dashed line rectangle).
I think that the image with some unexpected sharp transitions could be because of film scanning or resolution during image processing.
